Corrections policy

Specific, reproducible challenges make the product better. Here is how to report one and what we do with it.

Reviewed

What qualifies

Report factual errors, broken formulas, mislabeled leagues or teams, incorrect source descriptions, stale legal or pricing language, misleading methodology claims, accessibility problems, and pages that contradict one another. A disagreement with a simulated outcome is not by itself an error; a reproducible mismatch between the documented inputs, calculation, and output may be.

How to report an issue

Email [email protected] with the page URL, the exact statement or value, why it appears wrong, and any source or reproduction steps. For a game-specific issue, include the league, teams, market, odds source, displayed timestamp, and a screenshot if possible. Do not send passwords, payment-card data, or other sensitive information.

What happens next

  1. We reproduce the issue against the current page and, when relevant, the input snapshot.
  2. We determine whether the problem is factual, computational, presentational, or a documented limitation.
  3. Verified material errors are corrected in the page or product. The change date and nature of the correction are added to the changelog when the public meaning changed.
  4. If the original claim cannot be validated, it is removed or narrowed rather than left in place while evidence is gathered.

Independence and boundaries

Correction decisions are based on reproducibility and evidence, not whether a change is favorable to SimTheGame, a sportsbook, a team, or a subscriber. Legal and privacy requests are handled under the Terms and Privacy Policy.
